First, verify the shipping method that you have selected and how many days it should take by doing the following:
1) Go on our website and open the chat window. Click on Search in the Order Status box.
2) Enter your Order Number and your Email Address, some details about your order will appear. Click on the order number to see order details.
3) A new page will open where you can find your shipping information.
Order with tracking number: If you have selected a shipping option that comes with a tracking number, you can easily verify the status of the order with the tracking number. If you are from the United States, you can copy and paste the tracking number on the USPS website, there is often more information on the USPS website once the package arrives in the US. If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, try checking your mailbox or the community mailbox in case it has been delivered there, as some couriers do not deliver packages directly to your front door. If you can still not locate your package, contact us right away so that we can open an investigation case with the shipping courier!
Order without a tracking number: Verify how many days your order should take to arrive (most shipping couriers do not work on weekends or on national holidays which is why the shipping time only includes business days). The number of days starts when the order was dispatched from our warehouse and you should not count the weekends. You should receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. If it has been two days above the specified delivery time, you can contact us so that we can follow up with the delivery courier.
