Due to Canada Post delays, if you live near our warehouse, it will be possible to come to the warehouse to pick up your order. To do this, you will have to select the ‘’pick up in person’’ option when placing your order on our website.

Schedule: Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday : 10 AM to 12 PM / 1 PM to 3 PM
*No exchange or refund will be made directly at the warehouse. You are not allowed to enter the building to try on your Hoaka until further notice.
Instructions :
- BEFORE you come, wait for the confirmation email saying that your order is ready. It might take up to 2 business days.
- When your order is ready, come to the warehouse according to the established pick up schedule.
- Show us your order confirmation (paper or mobile).
- We will retrieve your order and give it to you.
IMPORTANT: Please Note: It is not possible to buy items directly at our warehouse as we are an e-commerce store and we do not have a card payment terminal.
